There is no doubt that 2017 was a great year for country music. It is safe to say 2017 is one of the greatest years yet. We have new artists,zz Kane Brown, Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett, and others, and some older ones, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Jason Aldean, and many more. Needless to say it’s been a great year.

Number 1

In 2017 thousands of country songs were released! Many of them were hits while others were not. The number one country song of 2017 was…drum roll please… Body Like A Back Road by Sam Hunt. This song has a great beat to it which is probably why it earned number one country song of 2017. This song is an upbeat catchy song that people like to sing. Needless to say Sam Hunt deserves the first place slot for his number one song, Body Like A Back Road.

Runner up

The country artist who had the opportunity to take the number two slot for best country song is, Brett Young with In Case You Didn’t Know. There is no questioning why this song is number two, it portrays a good message about how much he loves his partner. Brett Young has a soft caring voice that makes people love his music. Brett Young definitely worked hard for the number two spot in top country music of 2017.

Bronze

Luke Combs with his song Hurricane took the number 3 spot in top country music of 2017. Luke is a big guy with a beautiful voice that warms people’s hearts when they listen to his songs. Luke Combs fought for his place in the top three country songs of 2017.

What If’s

Kane Brown, the new country artist of 2017, did a phenomenal job at creating his new song, What Ifs, with Lauren Alaina. Lauren and Kane worked together to get this song into the top 5 country songs of 2017. What Ifs made Kane Browns career and I’m sure he is grateful for that. Kane brown definitely won the fight for the number four slot.

The Big Five

The lucky number five country song is Small Town Boy, by Dustin Lynch. All of the small town country boys love to listen to this song. Dustin really knows who his target audience is and that won him the number five greatest song of 2017.

Wrapping it up

Many artists created many great songs but only five artists can hold the spots of top five country songs of 2017. Some fans were disappointed while others were ecstatic. We can all agree that 2017 put out great artists with great songs!
